Jeanne specializes in helping clients tell stories that connect their mission with people who care about it. Whether told through marketing collateral, board communications, web media or other methods, the stories that inspire action from donors and the community need to be simple and compelling. In her career with the IBM Software division, Jeanne created and led new programs to implement digital marketing campaigns, online learning programs and market development projects. She was an early pioneer in using the web and social media to reach worldwide audiences, deliver audience-based marketing tactics and foster online community engagement. She led teams to scale program execution worldwide, to include India, China, Europe, Australia and Japan. Jeanne’s expertise in strategic planning, audience analysis and program management produced award-winning and industry-leading programs.

Earlier in her career with IBM, Jeanne was a software engineer and business analyst for IBM software development projects. Prior to joining IBM, she was a Senior Consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton in Washington, DC.

Jeanne is a long-time volunteer in the Durham community, currently serving on the board at Families Moving Forward and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and other local organizations. She has a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University (2014), a Master of Education in Instructional Design from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Education (1992) and a BA in Communications from the University of Delaware (1984).
